We handcraft our polish in Australia with loads of love and seriously high standards. That said, every now and then a little hiccup can happen.

If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, please email us at kittinailsco@gmail.com within 30 days. Include your proof of purchase, some clear pics, and all the details so we can suss out what went wrong.

We’ll get back to you within 7 days with a solution and let you know how to return your item(s) if needed.

What if you change your mind?

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we can't offer refunds or replacements for change-of-mind or incorrect purchases.
