That said, every now and then a little hiccup can happen. - If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, please email us at hello@kittinails.com within 30 days. Include your proof of purchase, some clear pics, and all the details so we can suss out what went wrong. - We’ll get back to you within 7 days with a solution and let you know how to return your item(s) if needed.
