The formula is DENSE with stars. The picture attached is one swipe from the bottle. The size of the stars are also very small and don't protrude off the nail like other bigger glitter formulas. I recommend a good thick top coat or smoothing mid coat to reduce the texture on the nail though. The holo shimmer is quite subtle, when I wear this I still probably pair it with a denser holo topper underneath to give it more of a rainbow bang.
Such a pretty mixed mani! Nice pink colour with lots going on on top!
Beautiful formula, it was basically opaque in one coat. It's a dense linear flare. The colour is great on my olive skin tone, a nice warmth that makes it more like a rust than a bright orange.
I expected it to require 2 coats but if you do a thick coat you could get it completely covered in one coat. The linear flare is really strong and applies beautifully.
Hate the name but love the color!
Smooth application. Quick to dry between coats. And good color density. Only needed 2 coats and it wasn't patchy. Brush has a nice rounded shape too
This was the item I was most excited for when I received my order. I have quite a few polishes that are around five or six years old that have gone gloopy. I didn’t want to throw them out and I was curious to see how effective these refresher drops are. They are super simple to use and super effective! Most polishes required a small amount of drops (between 2-4) before returning to their old self. A couple took at least 10-15 drops to be revived. I am excited to now be able to finish my old bottles of polish!
I chose the nail rescue base coat to cover up the ridges on my nails, and to have a slightly pigmented base coat to work with. I’ve worn it a couple of times now and I’m really happy with this base coat. It self levels, dries quickly, is sheer and covers up discolouration, and smoothens the ridges on my nails. It’s like a foundation for nails, a clean canvas to work with. I can’t comment on longevity yet as my first manicure I didn’t prepare my nails properly and I have just finished painting a new manicure to test, but it feels like it will last a while with proper manicure prep.
Absolutely love this colour, its gorgeous on my nails, made for the perfect background for my stamping too.
I wanted to try Sparkle Smoother to see if it helped get rid of the texture I get using glitter polishes. I tested Sparkle Smoother on Jack’s Revenge and holographic bat glitters. I used a drop of Sparkle Smoother to help pick up glitters to place on a toothpick, probably not its intended use but it worked well. It went on the nail clear even though the bottle looks slightly cloudy. It was nice and thick, but I think I needed to do a second coat to fully cover the bat glitters. One coat was enough to smooth out Jack’s Revenge.
This polish is great to use for glitter polishes and glitter toppers. Sparkle Smoother went on thick, was easy to apply, and I like not having to build up multiple coats of top coat to smooth out glitters.
Super Speed Top Coat has blown all other top coats I’ve ever used out of the water. It went on smooth, didn’t drag any of the coloured polish underneath, and was truly touch dry five minutes after painting a generous coat of top coat. After waiting an hour, it felt like the top coat had sunken through all the coats of polish and bonded to my nails. I was curious to see how the top coat would hold up in the first 24 hours since that’s usually how long it takes my nails to fully cure with other brands and I was not careful as I went about my day. Barely after an hour of drying, I washed dishes with no gloves on and my nails survived my shower looking perfect. There was no denting, no shrinkage, no ripples, and there were no sheet marks after sleeping.
This top coat is magic. I have hand dexterity issues and stopped painting my nails because it was disappointing to paint my nails, have to wait days for them to cure properly, and to be left with chipped and smudged manicures. I love that I can now be confident that my nail polish will dry quickly, and that I can go about my day without disturbing the manicure I’ve worked hard on. I will be super sad if this ever goes out of stock!
Love this purple shade but the contrasting bright blue glitters really make this one special
When I saw this sister shade to Pretty & Possessed I knew I had to have it. It's so moody and gothic, looks amazing in cool and warm states but the transitional state is to die for! The blue in the warm state got a lot deeper between 2 and 3 coats which is pretty neat to have slightly different looks just by applying more or less.
Love this mix of polishes! Fun and exciting; forever staring at my nails 💕
When I say I have been looking for a particular shade of dark red that doesn’t pull too brown or too plum, please believe me and my nail polish drawer that I’ve done the legwork. This colour is STUNNING. Deep, moody, glam, and an easy pick for my new go-to colour.
I LOVE this particular flakey. Such a beautiful golden and green brightness. It's beautiful.
